Picnic Committee

Are you looking for a way to get more involved in your association? We are always looking for volunteers to help make the annual 4th of July picnic a success!

We ALWAYS need help with the following tasks:

Committee Chair (oversees entire picnic planning, responsible for creating announcement flyer)
Meal and drink planning (select vendors and act as a liason to them)
Porta-potty reservations
Kids games (planning, acquisition of equipment and prizes, overseeing games)
Adult games (planning, acquisition of equipment and prizes, overseeing games)
Setup and teardown assistance (tables, tents, trash receptacles, PA system, etc.)

Please consider donating a small amount of your time in the spring to help ensure that we can have a picnic again next 4th of July. A previous volunteer recently mentioned "it's a great way to meet your neighbors" and we agree!
